Individual therapy is a joint process between therapist and client that allows the client to get support and experience personal growth during difficult times. 

Currently, I offer individual psychotherapy sessions for teens and adults who reside in CA or WA. Sessions are 50 minutes in length and generally occur on a weekly basis. However, based on the presenting issues, client’s needs, and client’s schedule, this may be adjusted.

If you are interested in receiving services, but are not quite sure or have a few questions you would like answered, please schedule a free 15 minute phone session. If I do not answer the phone immediately, please leave your name, contact information, and day/times that is best to reach you.  This will allow you the opportunity to give more detailed information about your concerns, as well as ask any questions you may have about therapy.

Fees

Each individual session is 45 minutes. Please contact to inquire about session costs. 

Available payment methods include cash, check, Visa, or Mastercard.

Insurance

Currently, I do not take any insurance. However, I do work with Lyra Health.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact me at least 24 hours in advance to cancel your appointment if you will not be able to attend. If the 24 hour notice is not met, you will be charged the full cost of the session.
